All new organizations get a 14-day full-access trial of Professional features. No credit card is required to start.

Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard.

How are payments handled on the platform?

We use Stripe Connect for automated client collections and payouts. We are also working on adding more payment processor options in the future.

Is my data secure and backed up?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade SSL encryption and redundant data centers. All data is backed up daily for maximum security.

Do you offer 'White Glove' onboarding?

Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include a dedicated specialist for data migration, setup, and team training.

Can my team use the app without an internet connection?

Yes. Technicians can complete jobs, take photos, and collect signatures offline. Data syncs automatically once a connection is restored.

What happens if I need more users than my plan includes?

You can add extra seats for a flat per-user monthly fee without needing to upgrade your entire plan.
